MET GALA - Blake Lively

Okay, so this was Blake Lively's effort to the Met Gala last night. Granted it is Chanel and very pretty, but there is something that just does not work about it. I don't know what it is. It's a little slutty as well, which I am not sure was the intent. But, can anyone else figure out what's wrong?
