Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 15.16: Review #7

  -Chanel:

We had a Carafree season so far...but Karl had to cast her for his show. I'm judging you, uncle Karl.
The worst thing is that I thought Doutzen was going to walk for Chanel for the first time in her career. But she didn't.
What about the clothes? Well, I can't say many good things about them.
However, the set is as impressive as usual.

Habíamos tenido una temporada sin Cara hasta ahora...pero Karl la tuvo que traer a su desfile. Te juzgo, tito Karl.
Lo peor es que pensé que Doutzen desfilaría para Chanel por primera vez en su carrera. Pero no fue así.
¿Qué pasa con la ropa? Bueno, no es que pueda decir muchas cosas positivas sobre ellas.
Sin embargo, la localización es tan impresionante como siempre.




  -Valentino:

My most anticipated show of the season. It didn't disappoint.
However, everything was unexpected. Most of the collection was black and white, and very elegant. But it also was wearable and more casual than usual. I mean, look at those sweaters.
There was some colour and some patterns that are more Valentino. But most of the collection was very different.
There were some dreamy outfits, but not as many as usual. And I still liked the collection.
But, the highlight of the show was the Zoolander moment! Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson closed the show, and it was amazing.

El desfile que más ganas tengo de ver cada temporada. No decepcionó.
Sin embargo, fue muy inesperado. La mayor parte de la colección era en blanco y negro, y muy elegante. Pero es más ponible y más casual de lo normal. A ver, mirad esos jerseys e intentad decirme lo contrario.
También hubo algo de color y algunos estampados que si son más Valentino. Pero la mayor parte de la colección fue más diferente.
Había pases de princesita, pero no tantos como de costumbre. Y aún así me encantó la colección.
