Dolce and Gabbana are ordered to pay a massive fine for tax evasion

So it seems the verdict is in on the Dolce and Gabbana tax evasion scandal. The duo have been asked to pay a fine.

Okay granted it is a €343.3 million fine, but still, no jail time will be had.

Oh but there is a get out of jail (or paying a fine) free card to be played - if they appeal the decision then they may not have to pay anything. This is over the loss of €464 million in tax when they sold off parts of their brand.

Although it is a huge fine - you have to remember how much money the brand makes. The brand have yet to issue a statement or file an appeal against the decision.
